...See more Hi I have just joined. I am 62 and female. I suffer with copd (lung disease, mild) and depression. I live on my own and often feel lonely. I guess I just want others to talk to so I know I am not alone. My depression has been getting worse again for some time and my ab's don't seem to be helping much. I am starting to think again that life is more trouble than it's worth and I have been having unhelpful thoughts. I feel too tired and used up to cope anymore. Not looking really for advice but emphathy. x
