...See more Ive been struggling with anxiety and Ive been deeply distressed for a long time and Ive recently just joined 7 cups and I am really feeling a million times better and just the environment of this platform is so uplifting and everyone is so supportive and caring. Everyone bettering their mental health together and helping each other is one of the greatest things i have ever seen. Im never leaving this platform and I hope no one does and more people join. Even if you are not struggling with any mental or physical issues, 7 cups is just a platform where you can just share and care and lift others and yourself. I congratulate all of you on here, thank you everyone and stay strong.
