...See more Hello. I’m not sure how long I’ve been dealing with this, but I’ve been feeling it increasing lately. I feel sad and angry to everything. Of course, I’m doing the necessary things to stay alive like eating and sleeping, but my appetite has decreased. I sleep for very long hours. For example, I used to never sleep early. Now I go to bed very early and sleep for 12-13 hours. But this sleep is of very poor quality, constantly interrupted, and I don’t know why. I go to school during the day. No one at school could guess these things because I don’t show it at all. When I come home, I don’t feel like doing anything. I get very bored, and at the same time, I don’t want to do anything. I used to love watching movies, but now I get bored while watching and turn them off halfway through. I can’t enjoy anything. I used to love listening to music, but now I don’t even take headphones with me when I go out. I only feel a bit relieved after drinking alcohol; otherwise, I’m like this. Another issue is that I can’t cry. I’m not talking about holding back tears. Even if something inside me breaks, even if I’m in a lot of pain, I can’t cry. Have i depression?
