...See more Hello, I’m 23 year old. I’m confused and frustrated at my feelings. I feel like crying to someone but I feel it’s just for attention cause I can’t tell a single thing that I’m sad about. Im scared they’ll call me an attention seeker or tag it “being a gen Z” cause they’ve done it before. sometime I feel like I should be with my late dad, cause I miss him and I don’t know if that’s why I’m sad and frustrated. Or the fact that I don’t even know the career pact I wanna take. Im just mad and frustrated at myself and what’s more frustrating is that I don’t why.
