...See more hey so im 16 and i have homecoming soon and i rlly wanted to lose weight anyways but also for a cute tight dress and i just bought myself a cake for no reason i ordered it waited for it took two nights before realizing im not even hingry but my adhd meds wore off and those help with binge eating bc they make me not hungry so at night i rlly struggle there not prescribed for binge eating but it helps bc it a side affect but i dont want to rely on a pill i ran out the other day and couldn’t get more for like two days and i freaked out and gained a good amount of weight and i jsut don’t know how to do this anymore i need real tips nothing helps i want to lose weight but also just only eat when im hungry but without thinking just like oh im hungry ill go grab something and then not eat again until im hungry again please give me advice i feel insane im so embarrassed everytime i eat i rlly cant live like this please give me tips on losing weight or just being healthy idk i rlly need help when it comes to eating i waste my money getting food ordered bc im weird about like going out and eating but im so embarrassed
