Hi, and welcome. I'm here and there, in and about. I run a busy life, but I'm happy to hear and support people. I'd prefer no sexual fetish talks and I am NOT looking for love. I have a particular interest in Trauma, C-ptsd, anxiety, EMDR, etc. My favourite books are "The body keeps the score" and "Getting past your past" but I'm also interested in other forms of therapy including IFS (Internal Family systems) CBT and other psychological studies.
