...See more my body has become my enemy after the stress I went through and am still going through I feel heavy, unresponsive, and constantly exhausted its very hard on me psychologically I carry so much and can’t seem to feel at ease my shoulders hurt, my neck hurts, my eyes my whole body and I’m always fatigued no matter how much I sleep I wake up tired I need a solution
