...See more I’m currently 8 months clean and trying to get sober, I’ve tried multiple times to get clean (this is the furthest I’ve ever made it) and am struggling to get sober from alcohol. I understand I have an issue especially with drinking and I’ve not been able to get over two month sober. But for some reason I can’t get over the feeling that I’m faking my problems, or that I’m exaggerating and don’t actually need help. I worry that people will tell me I’m not bad enough to deserve help and I feel like that forces me to go deeper into my addiction. Has anyone else experienced this and if so do you have any advice to getting past it?
