...See more Good morning. I'm Beth and I'm 36 years old. I have been struggling with anxiety for years and am finally taking steps to deal with it. I am also navigating life as I separate from my alcoholic spouse. A friend told me about this site and I'm excited to get involved in the community alongside my personal therapy work.
