...See more Hey - newbie here. My name is Cuneyt and I opened an account here after realizing there are things in my life that I cannot fix on my own, and maybe some help wouldn't be so bad. Before being able to afford therapy, I thought it might be a good idea to come here and learn more about mental health! I (somewhat self-diagnosing here) am having issues with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and potentially ADHD among some other issues, but I think taking the first step and opening up will help me get there and grow into the person I would like.  Hope your day gets better, one at a time 🍀
