Bio
I love reading non-fiction because it is the most underappreciated and underrepresented genre of literature. I also enjoy writing my own array of nonfiction in my spare time. My goal while here at 7 Cups of Tea is to enhance my 'listening' skills, heighten my level of compassion, and to heal from the remnants of coping with major depression disorder and generalized anxiety disorder.
