...See more Hello. I have suffered from severe anxiety for much of my life. It tends to present itself in pain. Sometimes my diaphragm will become very tight, and my stomach will bloat— I can barely get a breath in.I often get severe chest pain, I often have severe psychosomatic nausea as well.  I find this extremely hard to take. I will just cry and curl up in a ball.  Does anyone else suffer from this type of anxiety?
