...See more I suffer with my mental health and also adhd and care for my daughter 24/7 with her mental health , been with my partner 10 years and he hasn’t suffered at all with his mental health , never ever done much with me took me places etc alway been boring , don’t like people and has never had plans goals , always said loved me lots , cheated for a year when I met him so zero trust through the time been together , don’t have much relationship with my daughter hardly talk and not sure why . anyway he now has depression he thinks , change a bit very distant and even more no interest in life , thing is it’s triggering my mental health and he said has no plans in getting help as he don’t want to and he don’t know y he’s like it or what’s wrong , just not sure if I’m strong enough to cope , I’ve tried to help him lots recently but he’s just empty been going in for about 4 months now .. any advice ?
