...See more I feel like this is going to sound pretty silly as I write this down, but here goes anyway: I've had depression for over 10yrs and it has had varying effects on me over the years, but I can say that I was at my worst from 2017 until fairly recently. I neglected my hygiene, my physical and mental well-being, and I generally didn't give a shit about any aspect of my life. At end of the 2018, I got a job as a Teaching Assistant that really helped to turn things around. My life has meaning again, and I am able to help people achieve their potential, which is the most amazing feeling. I am taking on a full-time teacher training course in September and am currently having driving lessons to give me the independence I have been craving for a long while. While this is all very well and good, I can't seem to get a routine together. My bedtimes vary wildly (literally could range from 9pm to 7am), I shower once a week (or not at all if I'm off work for the holidays), rarely brush my teeth, and my eating habits are pretty terrible. I was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice on how to gradually set up a routine that I could stick to?
