Hello I'm very glad that you have found me on 7 cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and I like to help people support themselves with various areas of that I have experience with (such as anxiety, alcohol/drug abuse, managing emotions, work stress, depression, etc). I'm a great listener in that I really take others feelings into consideration and I will listen as long as possible. I think this website has so much potential in helping people who cannot afford costly therapy (not as a long term solution) but as a stepping stone in the right direction.
