Feel like I'm going crazy thinking about my ex all the time

...See more Me and my boyfriend broke up just over a week ago. In this he said things such as 'this is not a stop, this is a pause', the 'the timings not right,' and the likiehood is that we will get back together in the future but for now we just need to do us. He said he wanted to remain close friends especially because we work together. I said that the only thing I wanted was that neither of us would sleep with or text anyone that we work with. He agreed, but then later changed his mind on this and said that it wouldn't bother him and that I essentially have no say in what he does now because he's single. We had a bunch of discussions and in this he said that he probably wouldn't do anything for a while (4-5 months until he messages someone sexually and a long time for sex is what he said). However, I don't believe this to be the case and it's playing on my mind to the point where I feel like I'm going crazy. He lies to me and tells me he's going to sleep but I can see that he's active on snapchat for hours after. In this, his snapscore is going crazy and can only really mean he's already started talking to other girls and sending them pictures/videos. I want to ask him, but I know he'll either lie or start an argument. I just don't know what to do, and any advice would be appreciated because I feel like I'm going crazy thinking of him with anyone (especially if it's someone we work with). I just feel like what we had mean't nothing, if he's just waited to end things to start being sexual with someone else, especially when he told me that that's not the reason we're breaking up.
