Has Anyone Here Felt Cured of Their Depression?

...See more This is a serious question. I mean, I know we're all here for lots of reasons but I wonder if depression can really be cured. I just finished the book Feeling Good. It has been said that this book can cure depression. I also did the exercises. I have been here on 7Cups for about one month now and I feel much better. I read the book, did the exercises, and I'm taking a medication. I realize that whether or not I am ever cured is ultimately up to me but I'm wondering if I should just settle in for the long haul. It seems like this could take forever. 😳

...See more Hi, After my recent breakup, I started having tarot card readings online. I've always been into Astrology but casually. I have my tarot cards read at least one time per week. I don't use the same services, register or identify myself in any way. I totally get that this is entertainment only. I'm definitely not planning the next few years based on this. It's just fun. The problem is, many of the descriptions of my ex are totally accurate with respect to his line of work, his physical description, his personality, and his Astrological sign. I never give any information out at all. That kind of blew my mind. I have heard some say that Tarot is a form of divination. Does anyone know anything about this? The last few readings have been wild. I'm very curious about this now.

...See more Everyone, I am here because of a recent bad breakup 30 days ago. I am depressed and feel extremely anxious. I was hired for my dream job and then was unable to start after Covid19 took the job away. So I am very, very sad. 7cups is a good start I feel. But I need to read in the time that I have so I can hopefully change my life around. Has anyone read any good books for depression? I need to get a handle on this situation. Thank you.

...See more He was my soulmate. We had so much fun together. I think when the pandemic started I got somewhat needy and maybe too demanding. I was genuinely worried and still am. He broke up with me 30 days ago. We have had 3 brief interactions since then. It feels like he has moved on. I know that I should too but he told me we would be together forever.
