...See more Hello to the Kind souls here. I am want a healthy relationship with food. I have read all there is to on the subject of nutrition, I make fabulous plans, I follow the plan for 2 days and then it all crumbles down as I go ahead and binge. I am 40 year old woman. Have PCOD and ADHD. Need an accountability buddy who is in a similar situation and looking to give and recieve support in a mutual journey towards healthy life. Take care
