I work in the health field. I have a Bachelor of Science degree.  I am actively learning  to improve my skills. I have many hobbies  but gardening is the most therapeutic for me. ...See more I use the Mindfulness exercises to begin my day today. I feel at peace. It is so practical and useful for everyday living. I find myself doing it when I am just doing my normal everyday activites by doing simple breath work. I also use visualization of a place or remembering a moment in time when I feel positive .
