This causes me to be more anxious, and for the last 8+ months, i have been anxious all day everyday, just on the verge of panic attacks. ...See more Ive been having a lot of anxiety since I moved to japan. This has caused me to develop really red sensitive skin, my face looks like a tomato. I am very stressed, and it gets worse. How do I accept myself the way I am? My triggers are talking to people (even family) and looking in mirrors. If I accidentally look in a mirror I break down and cry at my appearance. Do any of you avoid the mirror?
