I am a very patient empathic person who has always had a great passion for helping others around me and empowering them wherever possible. I use to work in a neurological care centre providing daily care to residents who suffer with numerous conditions such as MS, dementia, mental health and other neurological conditions.
I also suffer with chronic pain and understand the frustration and depression it brings, I'm still under rheumatology to try to figure out what is the root cause of it along with my chronic urticaria. I have had depression and anxiety for nearly 10 years.
Because of what I've experienced in life so far it has helped me realise just how strong I am, I do have times where I still feel low but I know I will overcome the low mood. I want to support and help others who are struggling and feel like they have no where to turn.
