is there a way to ask for listeners only from the same country as me?

...See more I keep getting listeners from places who come from a different culture and a lot of the time there are issues of communication and understanding that are really annoying to have to deal with when I just want to simply explain what's going on and get some support. I appreciate what they're doing and I don't mean any disrespect.
