...See more cw tw bodyshaming i struggle so much with my body. so, so much. i hate my body. i get SO fat very easily. i get bodyshamed almost everyday. i tried to work out at home before and i was doing fine for a bit (although it was very very hard and tiring for me) and then my brother (who is a gym rat) started criticizing me and lowering my confidence. he starts exercise shaming me and whatnots. also my mother who was telling me for the first few weeks that nothing's changing on my body. so I stopped working out. after a while, a school project wanted me to exercise and so I did (with different routine this time), and no matter what I do I don't get weight loss. i think I was doing it right. i still would get very shamed everytime my brother would pass by and tell me it doesn't work. i don't have any money to go to gym, as much as I don't have any confidence at all so I resort to home workout. but then I would still get bodyshamed at home, whether or not I work out. i wish I don't get hungry at all so I don't eat. but I'm always hungry. i try to eat less and less everyday. before I used to eat in a whole plate. but now I only eat on mini or tiny bowls and swallow my hunger. i wish I don't get fat easily and I wish exercise was easy for me. but alas, that wont happen.
