...See more I seem to be really awkward and anxious when I have to spend alone time with anyone (even my friends). I prefer to be in a group of people because i feel that my social anxiety and awkwardness is less noticeable. I also dread talking on the phone with friends. I always feel like my sentences dont make sense and feel very insecure when talking to people. Looking for some advice
