...See more A couple of months ago i realized that a person who i considered my best friend really mistreated me (ignoring boundaries, never letting me speak, ignoring chronic illness, etc) and i’ve been trying to phrase the issues i have in a constructive way that doesn’t put all of the blame on them to share. It’s not going well and i had a panic attack because of it. I currently have a rough draft, could anyone help out? it doesn’t have to be really accurate i just don’t think i can do this by myself..
