Perfect girlfriend but still want to experience things, should I break up?

...See more I hope I can keep this short. I am in a relationship with a great girl since some years already. We hardly fight, have a lot of fun together, connect really well. We don't need a lot of discussions because we can talk about things (which restaurant to go to and those little things) and find a solution. She's not that kind of girl getting mad for nothing. She really puts a lot of effort in our relationship. I know she really loves me. Still, this is my first serious relationship and I am curious about how it would be with other girls and I can't turn that off. Additionally, I got to know another girl that seems pretty cool as well. She's more challenging than my girlfriend which makes it exciting and I know she likes me. But I don't want to cheat and sex is not what it's all about (although I am very curious about that as well since I've never slept with another girl). I am racking my brain about breaking up or not. I know that I am with a perfect girl and there's not a lot that I could miss. Still, I feel for both sides and I see that both sides have pros and cons. Does anyone have experience with that kind of situations?
