...See more Hearing voices has become my biggest fear as I experience it from last 8 months. A relaxation of an year before that, And before that a 1.5 year experience. I've been through  lot of different stuff because of this like depression, oversleep, no sleep, disturbance in my day to day goals, frustration, fear, etc.  Can anyone suggest me how to get out of this. It is a very serious problem, and I cant face it alone.
