Bio
Hi! I’m Isaiah (she) I’m a friendly teen listener who’s been through bullying, anxiety, panic attacks, self-harm urges, and loneliness. I’m here to listen without judgment, to hold space, and to help you feel a bit lighter. If I’m offline I’ll reply as soon as I can — you’re not alone. 💛
Reminders are in my bio so you can also know the reason why I'm offline sometimes. ☺️❣️
About me!
I’m 16 and I care a lot about helping other teens feel heard. I understand how hard school, friendships, and family can be. I’m patient, non-judgmental, and I’ll sit with whatever you tell me: big or small. I listen best when you want to vent, when you need grounding ideas, or when you want gentle reminders to breathe. I respect privacy and I’ll never shame you for your feelings. ʕっ•ᴥ•ʔっ
Friendly reminders:
• You’re doing your best right now, and that matters. 🌱
• It’s okay to need help — asking doesn’t make you weak. ❄️
• Feelings are visitors; they don’t get to live forever. ☁️
• Small steps are still steps. 🌟
Always remember this:
- I’m here. Tell me what you need right now. ❣️
- You don’t have to explain everything. Stay with me for a bit. 😊
- I believe you. You’re not alone. ❤️🩹
Quick grounding / calming steps for you:
💐 Name 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, 1 you can taste. (5-4-3-2-1 grounding.)
✨ Breathe: 4 seconds inhale — hold 2 — 6 seconds exhale. Repeat 4 times.
☔ Put your feet on the floor and wiggle your toes. Notice support beneath you.
🍀 If overwhelmed, say: “I’m safe for now. I will stay with this feeling for 10 more minutes.” Then check again.
Message from me and for you:
- You matter. I’m glad you reached out. ❤️🩹
- This moment will pass.. I’ll sit with you until it eases. 🫂
- It’s okay to be not okay. ☺️
- You are brave for being honest about this. 🤗
This is my short message for those who don't know when I'm offline:
• It's either I'm at school or I'm not holding my phone/didn't bring my phone with me.
Reminder to my fellow teens:
Hey! It’s okay to move slowly. You don’t have to carry everything by yourself. Take one small kind step for you today (drink water, text one friend, breathe). Your story isn’t over. 🌼
