hi! you can call me mya :) I’m 16 years old, but I’m pansexual, POC, and have both depression and adhd. I love to read and write, as well listening to, playing, and composing music. I’m here as a listener on 7cups because I've been through a good deal and I know how important a helping hand can be, so I’d like to help others on their own recovery journey. “stars can’t shine without darkness,” you know. if you’re ever in a dark place, I’m here for support, sympathy, and love. having been in a lot of dark places myself, I’m here to help you because I know how daunting and scary it often seems. even reaching out for help is a big step so be proud of yourself! I’m proud of you, for one. I’ve gone through self-harm, depressive episodes, homophobia, racism, sexism, and other similar issues so I can empathise with you all the way. I might be offline at times - I am caught up in schoolwork and application and such- but I will respond as soon as possible, so just hang in there!
