...See more Hi everyone ive been diagnosed with GAD 2 years ago it came on with me covid times i had panic attacks body itching mouth ulcers infections the dr gave me pranolol and then i went into depression so im on ventafaxine and i have epilepsy and thyroid probs for a year its calmed me ive been out of work tried to get a little job but it became overwhelming now i feel down because it hasnt worked i am dog walking at mo looking at getting that up and running but ive got the body itches back the not wanting to get out of bed ive chatted to a counsellor had cbt but i dont seem to be interested in journalling at mo so things got on top of me how do other people cope
