...See more It so hard to do everything like I tell myself I am going to brush my teeth then my brain says I am hungry, so I eat and then tell myself okey I have to brush my teeth then I work on my homework I do the 123 things and then I don’t brush my teeth and then I get called lazy 🫩it so exhausting because my mind is constantly having to do things and then I get overwhelmed and stuff and I think I have to go on another dose of my ADHD medication because two isn’t working anymore
