Hello! I am Jaky and I joined this website in order to help other people thanks to the things I have gone through myself.
I have been diagnosed with depression, general anxiety disorder (GAD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) a few years ago and I have survived various suicide attempts, though I have almost fully recovered with the help of a therapist and therefore I want to take a chance and help others to battle their own demons.
I am also bisexual which means you can also talk to me about LGBTQ and I have a lot of experience with eating disorders as well.
