Do I Have an ED?

...See more Throughout social media and television and such, eating disorders are shown as people not eating for very long periods of time and likely being hospitalized. However, that is not my experience which is why I question if I do have an ED. I only eat if someone gives me food because I feel obligated to do so but I normally eat the bare minimum to be socially acceptable. I generally skip breakfast and lunch or eat barely any. Every time I do eat, I feel a lot of self hatred and make myself do something to "make up for it", such as exercise to burn the calories or skipping more in the future. What do you think, do I have an ED? Anything would be appreciated.
