...See more Hi I’m Becky. I have always had anxiety,but very recently have become seriously depressed. I am off work due to anxiety and migraines and now i just lay in bed thinking how I can’t survive this dark depression. I have a husband and kids who are so worried. And so am I. Please tell me it gets better
