...See more Hey guys, I'm new to this app, and am very glad to have joined your community. Within the past 3 months I've been having issues with panic attacks when I'm feeling overwhelmed. Conflict, especially with my girlfriend, seems to make me break down and panic instead of being rational and just talking. When I settle down I can see how pointless breaking down is and making a big deal out of something that could have been a minor conflict. However in the moment it feels like my brain is just saying panic. If anyone has any tips on dealing with this I would appreciate it greatly. Thanks so much in advance and I'm really glad to be apart of this community!
