Hello, my name is Jasmin and I am a listener here on 7 cups. I am currently studying Psychology with Counselling alongside working and this. I am hoping to get into a career of counselling, or as a psychiatrist and I'm hoping this will allow me to gain some experience in different areas which could then go on to help in my career. I myself suffer from mental illness and I have done for the last 7 years or so but I'm trying to recover and gain my life back.

I had a bad day and was having a panic attack. She was kind and reassuring. She helped me get through it and calm down. She listened and offered advice. I'm very thankful for her.
