...See more Good morning everyone, I've always had issues remembering important details or things coming up, also when I get "bored" or uninterested I often completely zone out and my minds starts thinking about other things. Focusing is very demanding for me but I have never been diagnosed with an attention deficit disorder. Where did you start? Should I go directly to a psychiatrist or start with a psychologist? PS I'm 39, I have a child and wife.
