Hey there! My name is Yazmin, and I’ve spent the past three years working with survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking. I’m a first-generation Mexican and Guatemalan, and I’m also part of the LGBTQ+ community. I know firsthand how tough and scary mental health struggles can be—I live with Bipolar 2, Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD myself. I also know that right now can be an especially scary time in the U.S., and that can make everything feel even heavier. But you’re not alone.
