...See more So a couple days ago I found out I'm prediabetic which gave me a scare. I am at my heaviest weight I've ever been. I've never been slim even as a child I was always bigger than others. But lately I feel like it's gotten worse. I notice I've gained a lot of weight especially during quartine and I'm aware of it. I know I eat horrible but sometimes I can't help myself. I don't like looking at the mirror and looking at my body. I have no energy at all it feels like I'm drained. I don't have motivation either but in the end I know I need to lose weight regardless... any advice?

...See more My ex broke my heart last year in October. I was very depressed and heart broken badly. Three months later we started hooking up and then he broke things off saying he found someone "better". I had thought we were going to get back together but I was wrong. I went on a rant and blocked him on everything. Next thing you know his birthday comes up in April and all of sudden I start thinking of him again so I decided to unblock him on social media. Earlier this month I thought I had seen him nearby so I decided to message him... don't know why. He replied and apologized so we've been talking like casual. He wants to hook up again and honestly I really want to... I'm not sure if it's because I haven't had sex since the last time I was with him or is it because I simply miss him.. I know I shouldn't. I know he's bad for me and he broke my heart. But then again I just don't know anymore... any advice?

...See more I feel trap in my own mind. I feel so depress here stuck at home. I just listen to sad music and overthink everything. What am I doing with my life? It's been years since I graduated high school, I should've graduated already. I'm slowly failing my online classes. I don't want to disappointment anyone but I don't have any passion towards anything. I have no energy to do anything and no one comfortable enough to talk too. I act fine around my family but I always feel so sad. What's the point of coming into this world? You just spend the majority of your life in school and work then just die.

...See more Dear ex, I thought you were the love of my life. We talked about our future how'd we have a little girl name lily and a dog who was a corgi. We shared intimate secrets , stuff I've never told anyone. You were my bestfriend. In the end you broke my heart twice. I beg for you to stay with me and you chose yourself. I was there for you all the time , I even gave you some space. You were my everything. I miss all the memories we made and all of our little dates. We texted and stopped for a few months after the breakup. You came back in the beginning of the year and I thought I was over you but we ended up hooking up for 2 months and silly me to think there was hope of us getting back together. Instead you met another girl and broke my heart once again.
