...See more Hello :) im not sure where to start but i’ve known i have adhd my whole life but its so hard to stay on schedule and take meds and keep staying on them. i dont have any meds atm and its been stressing me out. i just always forget things, my memory is awful, i cant do tasks that dont give me dopamine, even if i want to do them. My room and car are always a big mess. I overreact and think everything is a jab at me or people are always mad at me. If someone is upset in anyway at anything my brain tells me it’s directed at me. i just wanted to rant, thank you for reading
