Kind, helpful, not a judgemental person , and very cool.
Very professional and prompt. I really appreciated her asking questions and giving me a chance to explain my situation before she gave me advice. I felt heard, which is what I needed b/c I felt I didn't have an outlet. I went in circles a lot with my problems but she was patient with me. Thank you.
