Hi. My name is Jeff. I have bipolar disorder. I am available to talk to anyone struggling with bipolar disorder or any other type of mental illness. I am active in my local mental health recovery community and considering becoming a licensed Peer Support Specialist. I live in Virginia. I am originally from the New Jersey/Delaware area and have also lived a good number of years in Northeast Tennessee.
