Hello! I am glad you found me on 7 Cups of Tea! I chose to be an active listener because I know what it feels like to not be heard, or to feel alone. I deal with alcoholism, anxiety, depression and panic myself and have found connecting with others is helpful. I am always searching for ways to overcome these conditions and am here to share and especially listen.
