...See more With days Passing by I realised that we never know when and how anxiety can hit us hard. Past few weeks have been really hard for me like my anxiety and anger has gotten worse. It's like everything seems like triggers and I meet the worst of me during the outbursts. I feel we all have our lows but growing from that takes a little time and commitment. We are stronger than we think we are. Sometimes we think that we cannot do it but believe me if you want to, you will. I may be having a bad time but ik I won't give up. I am better than this and so are you. No matter what you're going through remember you are stronger. Whatever life throws at you, you can tackle it if you want to. I would love to hear how have you been dealing with things ?
