...See more Is there anyone who’s been struggling with an eating disorder for 3+ years? I’ve been struggling for the last 6 years of my life. Recovery only lasts like 3 weeks before I give up and let everything rot in my fridge. How do do you keep going? How do you let yourself eat? How do you try to love yourself enough to feed yourself when you know you really don’t? These are the questions that run through my head all the time. It’s as easy as just drowning out those voices and going ahead and just eating because you know it’s good for you, but it’s really not you know. How do you get to the point of not giving up
