I am a Veteran of the U.S. Army where I served honorably as a Chaplain Assistant. I live my life with Bi-Polar Disorder (mixed) and PTSD (military). I have been actively engaged in my treatment (monthly) at the VA since I was 26. I have had my up's and downs and worked as a manager in the Banking and Hospitality industries. I have been on medications and have continued talk therapy and groups without medications. I am a certified Recovery Coach and Peer Support Counselor.
