...See more Just quit smoking. So far I’ve had 2 panic attacks a lot of anxiety and sadness. More than usual. Smoking was my way for taking away my stress and sadness now without it , I feel out of sorts. I know time and dedication will make it better, however it would be nice to exchange some support on here. I love you all, you are so strong for this change
