Nice to meet you! Thank you for coming to 7cups. I know the hardest part of getting help can sometimes be asking for it in the first place, so I'm very glad you're here.
I recently received counseling for my general anxiety/panic disorder, which I have suffered from since I was 11 years old. Therapy gave me a whole new outlook on life, and I'm ready to help others.
I am a full-time graphic designer, and I enjoy seeing live music and being outdoors in my free time.
