Hi! My name is Josh, my pronouns are he/him, and I'm here to listen and talk. We all experience challenges in life and our mental and physical health, and I'm a big believer in getting by "With a little help from my friends." :)
Some challenges along my journey have been dealing with depression and ADHD, grief of loss, adverse religious experiences, and balancing school/work life. I've been privileged to find support in many aspects of my life, and I'd love to provide some support for you however that may look if you're going through it. I really enjoy music, hiking, hanging out with good friends, and a few video games - all essential tools to my own wellness.
