I , JovialCat69, am an ECFMG certified physician from USA. I am also an intern at 7cups online community. I was in psychological pain for 29 years.  Crying spells were a part of my life. i even got hospitalized once in NY. Going through all these tough phases i realized that psychological pain was much worse than physical pain. I began to look for a career to help people like me. I was unsure though. So i applied in Internal Medicine last year and didn't get the job inspite of 12 interviews. I had to reorganize myself and this setback made me even tougher. So now i believed i could survive in the psychiatry field. Thats the reason i am coming in psychiatry. I cleared all USMLE exams in first attempt with good marks. 

There are more things to reveal but i will end my personal statement on this saying. 

They say ignorance is a bliss and people judge. Dont judge me. Infact dont judge anyone in life. Best wishes for you all!
